Tomb of the Last Moghul Emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar, Yangon, Myanmar
A tale of terrorism and savagery by the British colonials in India. Not happy with exiling the last Moghul Emperor to Myanmar - after falsely accusing him of treason – a Rugby and Cambridge educated British major named Hodson – killed the Emperor’s three sons in a way that make terrorists look tame: “(he) ordered the 3 princes to strip off their garments, and shot them dead with a rifle.” He then stole their rings and jeweled swords and ordered the bodies to be displayed in public.”
