Qutub Minar, India

A UNESCO World Heritage site, Qutub Minar standing at 73 meters, is the tallest brick minaret in the world and second highest minar in India after Fateh Burj at Punjab. Its construction was commissioned by Qutub al-Din Aibak, the founder of the Delhi Sultanate in 1192 AD. His successor Iltutmish added three more storeys to complete the tower in 1220.
